Design Notes

This Biobrick is created by synthetically constructing an Aspergillus codon-optimized (Fig. 1) version of the eforRed chromoprotein encoding gene from iGEM Uppsala 2011: Bba_K592012. Two synthetic constructs were created and assembled via Gibon assembly.
